Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Kudrunest, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our operations.

Cancellation & Refund Terms

1. Cancellation 30 Days or More Before Check-in

Guests who cancel their reservation 30 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a 100% refund of the booking amount.

2. Cancellation 14 to 29 Days Before Check-in

Guests who cancel their reservation 14 days or more but less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount.

3. Cancellation Less Than 14 Days Before Check-in

For cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, no refund will be provided.

4. Peak Season / Holiday Period

No refunds will be provided for any cancellations of bookings scheduled between 20th December and 7th January, regardless of the cancellation notice period.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during booking. Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.

Modification of Bookings

Any requests to modify booking dates are subject to availability and management approval. Additional charges may apply.
