Refund Policy
At Kudru Nest, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience for all our guests. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are processed for room reservations and other services booked through our website or reservation channels.
1. Booking Confirmation
A reservation is confirmed only after the required payment has been successfully received and a booking confirmation has been issued by Kudru Nest.
2. Cancellation Policy
Refunds for cancellations are processed as follows:
- 15 days or more before the check-in date: 100% refund.
- 7 to 14 days before the check-in date: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before the check-in date: No refund.
- No-show (guest does not arrive): No refund.
- Early check-out: No refund will be provided for unused nights.
3. Peak Season Policy
Bookings for stays between 20th December and 3rd January are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the cancellation date, unless otherwise specified in writing by Kudru Nest.
4. Date Changes
One complimentary date change may be permitted if requested at least 7 days before the check-in date, subject to room availability and any applicable difference in room rates. Additional date changes or requests made within 7 days of check-in may not be accommodated.
5. Refund Processing
- Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after the cancellation request has been approved.
- The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
6. Cancellation by Kudru Nest
If Kudru Nest is unable to honor a confirmed reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered either:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule the booking to a mutually agreed date, subject to availability.
