2. Reservations
- All bookings are subject to room availability and confirmation.
- Guests must provide accurate personal and contact information at the time of booking.
- Kudru Nest reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation in cases of fraud, incorrect information, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 2:00 PM
- Check-out: 12:00 PM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
4. Payment
- Full or partial payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
- Payments can be made through the payment methods available on our website or as communicated by our reservations team.
- Any pending balance must be cleared before or during check-in.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation requests must be made through the same booking channel used for the reservation.
- Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy applicable to your booking.
- No refunds may be provided for no-shows, early departures, or unused services unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
6. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to:
- Respect fellow guests, staff, and the property.
- Maintain cleanliness and use facilities responsibly.
- Avoid damaging property or amenities.
- Supervise children at all times.
- Follow all safety instructions provided by the management.
Guests will be responsible for any damage caused intentionally or due to negligence.
7. Activities
Kudru Nest offers activities including boating, kayaking, cycling, fishing, campfires, candlelight dinners, and other experiences.
Participation in these activities is voluntary and at the guest’s own risk. Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by our staff. Kudru Nest is not liable for injuries or accidents resulting from failure to follow safety guidelines or misuse of equipment.
8. Food & Dietary Requirements
Freshly prepared local meals are served at Kudru Nest. Guests with allergies or special dietary requirements should inform us before arrival. While we make every effort to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
9. Special Events
Special arrangements for birthdays, anniversaries, honeymoons, corporate events, or other celebrations may incur additional charges. Availability depends on prior confirmation.
10. Property Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
- Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
- Loud music and excessive noise are not allowed during quiet hours.
- Guests must comply with all instructions issued by the management.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the property without a refund.
11. Safety & Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. Kudru Nest is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property during your stay.
12. Force Majeure
Kudru Nest shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, pandemics, power failures, or other emergencies.

All text, photographs, logos, graphics, and other content on this website are the property of Kudru Nest unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without prior written permission.
14. Privacy
